Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking details. With this information, you can follow your package and see the latest delivery updates.

To check your order status, simply visit our tracking page:
Enter your order number and the email address used during checkout to view the latest shipping information and delivery updates.
When will tracking information appear?
Tracking details usually become available after your order has been processed and shipped. Once the carrier scans your package for the first time, the tracking page will show its current location and estimated delivery progress.
Didn't receive your tracking email?
If you have not received your tracking email:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Make sure the email address used during checkout is correct
- Allow a little time for the tracking system to update
