Your payment schedule is simple and transparent. Here is everything you need to know about when and how you will be charged.
First charge
You will be charged for the first time when you place your initial subscription order. This covers your first delivery.
Recurring charges
After your first order, you will be charged automatically based on the delivery frequency you selected:
- Every 1 month
- Every 2 months
- Every 3 months
- Every 4 months
Renewal reminder
You will receive an email notification before each renewal. This gives you time to:
- Make changes to your order
- Skip the upcoming delivery
- Pause or cancel your subscription
All changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment.
Payment method
Your subscription will be charged to the payment method you used when placing your first order. You can update your payment details at any time in your MamaWillow account.

- You will never be charged without prior notice
- You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time up to 24 hours before your next shipment
