How do I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?

Important: All changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment.

How to pause your subscription

1. Log in to your MamaWillow account
2. Go to the Subscriptions section
3. Select the subscription you want to pause
4. Click Pause and confirm

How to skip a delivery

1. Log in to your MamaWillow account
2. Go to the Subscriptions section
3. Select the upcoming delivery you want to skip
4. Click Skip and confirm

How to cancel your subscription

1. Log in to your MamaWillow account
2. Go to the Subscriptions section
3. Select the subscription you want to cancel
4. Click Cancel and confirm

Good to know

• You can pause, skip, or cancel up to 24 hours before your next shipment
• Cancelling your subscription will not affect any orders that have already been processed or shipped
• You can reactivate your subscription at any time
